What exclusive content can I access?
Your AuraTouch is a living portal that currently offers
three core experiences:
- Daily Wisdom Quotes: Curated sentences spanning
literature and philosophy to inspire daily reflection and
personal insight. - Mindful Practice Moments: Bite-sized (1-5 minute)
guided mindfulness exercises for breath, body
awareness, and emotional balance—perfect for a quick
mental recharge. - Meditation Melodies: Immersive, textured
soundscapes designed to ease the mind and body,
creating a personal sensory sanctuary on demand.
And this is just the beginning—we are continuously
developing new content to enrich your journey.
How do I “touch” it with my phone?
It’s a simple, one-tap process. The chip is seamlessly
integrated into a specific bead (look for the largest bead
with subtle Aurasoul Lab™).
- For most Android phones: Simply unlock your phone
and gently tap the top/back center of your phone directly
onto the AuraTouch bead. - For iPhones (iOS 13+): First, ensure your screen is
awake and unlocked. Then, gently tap the back top of
your iPhone (near the rear camera) to the bead. - Tip: Hold the bead steady and wait for a few seconds
for the connection to form. Thick phone cases may
interfere, so try without a case if needed.
What if my phone doesn't respond when I tap?
Most issues are easily resolved:
- Enable NFC: Ensure NFC is turned on in your phone's
settings (under “Connections” or “Network & Internet”). - Check Compatibility: Most Android phones and
iPhones (iOS 13+) support NFC. For iPhone, ensure the
screen is awake. - Check Mode (Android Critical): Some Android
phones have an “NFC mode” setting. Ensure it is set to
“Reader” or “Polling” mode, not “Card Emulation”. iPhone Users: Your screen must be awake (not locked
or asleep). The “Tap to Wake” feature helps. - Find the Spot: Gently tap the very top center of your
iPhone(screen awake) or the back/top center of your
Android to the bead. If it doesn’t respond
immediately,try moving your phone slightly around the
point and hold it there for a few seconds to connect. - Remove Interference: Try on a flat surface without a
thick phone case. - Still not working? The chip may be in sleep mode.
Wait 1-2 minutes and retry. If problems persist, contact
us with your order number for support.
Is the chip safe and durable for daily wear?
Absolutely. The chip is passive (battery-free),
waterproof, and emits no signals—it only activates when
tapped. It’s securely embedded to last a lifetime with
normal wear.
Will the content change or update?
Yes! This is a key feature of AuraTouch. While core
authenticity information is permanent, your Daily
Wisdom, Mindful Practices, and Meditation Melodies
are designed to be refreshed and expanded over time,
delivering ongoing value and new experiences to your
personal wellness toolkit.
Do I need an app or account to use it?
No app or login is required. Simply tap with a
compatible smartphone, and your browser will open
directly to your private content page—instant, secure,
and hassle-free.
How do I know if my phone is compatible for the AuraTouch’s NFC feature?
If AuraTouch is a key reason for your purchase, we
recommend verifying NFC support on your phone:
- For Android: Go to Settings > Connections/Network &
Internet. Look for “NFC” and ensure it can be turned
ON. - For iPhone: All iPhone models from iPhone 7/iPhone
XR and later (running iOS 13+) support reading NFC
tags. You can confirm by trying to scan a public transport
card or payment terminal.
