Return & Exchange Policy

At Aurasoul, we want you to be completely happy with your unique piece of the Earth. If
for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.

  1. Eligibility Window
    We offer a 30-day return or exchange period. This window begins on the date your order
    is shipped (not the delivery date). To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us
    within this 30-day period.
  2. Condition of Items
    To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unworn,
    and unused condition. This includes:
  • All original tags attached.
  • All original packaging intact (e.g: jewelry pouch, PE box ).
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For the following items, all sales are final:

  • Custom-made or Made-to-Order products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Personalized, engraved, or monogrammed pieces.
  • Any crystal that has been ritually cleansed, programmed, or used in any practice after
    receipt.

4. Return Process & Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
    unless the return is due to our error (see Section 5).
  • Pre-Authorization: You must contact our Customer Service team at
    [support@aurasoul.com] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and
    instructions before sending any item back. Returns received without an RMA number may
    not be processed.
  • Safe Return: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your
    return. Aurasoul is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact our
    Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video as evidence.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for these approved cases and promptly arrange
    for a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
    6. Refunds
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7
    business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved,
    your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Timing: Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account,
    depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Deductions: For returns that are not due to our error, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. International Orders
Customers returning items from outside the country of purchase are responsible for all
customs duties, taxes, and international shipping costs. These are non-refundable. We
cannot mark returned items as "gifts" on customs forms.
